TANTHA iOS APP – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Tantha.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tantha iOS Application, websites, digital platforms, content, subscriptions, creator services, and all related services operated by Tantha Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.

By downloading, installing, registering for, accessing, or using the Tantha iOS App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. About Tantha

Tantha is a digital entertainment platform that may provide services including:

  • Music streaming

  • Video streaming

  • Digital entertainment services

  • Creator and artist tools

  • Fan memberships

  • Subscription services

  • Digital content distribution

  • Gaming and esports content

  • Future products and services launched under the Tantha brand

Tantha reserves the right to modify, add, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.

Users under the age of 18 should obtain parental or guardian consent before using the App.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security.

  • Protecting login credentials.

  • Ensuring information provided is accurate and current.

  • All activities conducted through your account.

Tantha may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful activities.

  • Upload harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content.

  • Interfere with platform operations.

  • Use bots, automation tools, or unauthorized scripts.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

7. User Content

Users may upload or submit content where permitted.

You retain ownership of your content.

By submitting content, you grant Tantha a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, stream, reproduce, promote, and make available such content through its services.

You warrant that you possess all necessary rights to the submitted content.

8. Content Moderation

Tantha reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or disable content that:

  • Violates applicable laws.

  • Infringes intellectual property rights.

  • Contains harmful or inappropriate material.

  • Violates these Terms.

Content may be removed without prior notice.

9. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain features may require payment through:

  • Apple In-App Purchases

  • Subscriptions

  • Memberships

  • Other approved payment methods

Subscription pricing will be displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed through your Apple ID account and may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple Account Settings.

10. Payments and Refunds

Payments processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system are subject to Apple's billing and refund policies.

For purchases made through Apple:

  • Apple is responsible for billing and payment processing.

  • Refund requests must be submitted through Apple where applicable.

For purchases processed outside Apple's payment system, Tantha's refund policies shall apply.

11. Creator Support and Contributions

The App may allow users to support creators through:

  • Tips

  • Donations

  • Memberships

  • Creator subscriptions

  • Other support mechanisms

Unless required by law, such payments are generally non-refundable once processed successfully.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, branding, graphics, designs, content, and technology associated with Tantha are owned by Tantha Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

13. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to the Tantha Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of information in accordance with that policy.

14. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, advertising networks, and social media platforms.

Tantha is not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.

15. Service Availability

Tantha does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App.

Services may be modified, suspended, updated, or discontinued due to:

  • Maintenance

  • Technical issues

  • Security concerns

  • Legal requirements

  • Business decisions

16. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Tantha makes no warranties regarding:

  • Availability

  • Reliability

  • Accuracy

  • Performance

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

Use of the App is at your own risk.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tantha Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

18. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge that:

  1. These Terms are between you and Tantha Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., not Apple Inc.

  2. Apple Inc. is not responsible for the App or its content.

  3. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.

  4. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price paid for the App, if any, in accordance with applicable policies.

  5. Apple is not responsible for claims relating to:

    • Product liability

    • Legal compliance

    • Consumer protection claims

    • Intellectual property claims

  6. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

19. Termination

Tantha may suspend or terminate access to the App without prior notice if you:

  • Violate these Terms.

  • Engage in fraudulent activity.

  • Abuse the platform.

  • Infringe intellectual property rights.

20. Changes to Terms

Tantha may revise these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication within the App or related services.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Imphal, Manipur, India.
