REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 15 June 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Tantha's Android applications, iOS applications, websites, and related digital services operated by Tantha Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.

By purchasing subscriptions, memberships, digital content, creator support products, or any paid services offered by Tantha, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

Tantha provides digital products and services that are delivered immediately upon successful payment.

As a result, all purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable except as specifically stated in this Policy or where required by applicable law.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

Duplicate Payment

You were charged more than once for the same transaction.

Technical Failure

A payment was successfully charged, but:

  • The subscription was not activated.

  • Purchased benefits were not delivered.

  • Access was not granted due to a verified system error.

Unauthorized Transaction

A transaction was made without your authorization and is verified through investigation.

Incorrect Billing

An incorrect amount was charged due to a system or processing error.

3. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Subscription fees already used.

  • Partial subscription periods.

  • Membership fees.

  • Creator support contributions.

  • Fan club memberships.

  • Coffee support payments.

  • Donations and tips.

  • Promotional purchases.

  • Special offers.

  • Digital content already accessed or consumed.

  • Purchases made due to user error.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

Cancellation will:

  • Stop future renewals.

  • Prevent future charges.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.

Users will continue to receive subscription benefits until the end of the active billing period.

5. Android Purchases (Google Play)

For subscriptions or purchases made through Google Play Store:

  • Payments are processed by Google.

  • Refund requests may be subject to Google's refund policies.

  • Users may request refunds directly through their Google Play account where eligible.

Tantha may assist users in resolving billing issues but cannot guarantee refunds for purchases processed by Google.

6. iOS Purchases (Apple App Store)

For subscriptions or purchases made through Apple App Store:

  • Payments are processed by Apple.

  • Refund decisions are controlled by Apple.

  • Users must submit refund requests directly to Apple through their Apple Account.

Tantha does not control Apple's refund decisions and cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.

7. Direct Purchases Through Tantha

For purchases processed directly through Tantha's website or approved payment gateways:

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

All refund requests are reviewed individually.

Tantha reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the circumstances of each case.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Banks

  • Payment gateways

  • Card networks

  • Mobile wallet providers

Typical processing times range from 5 to 15 business days.

9. Fraud Prevention

Tantha reserves the right to deny refund requests where:

  • Fraud is suspected.

  • Abuse of the refund system is detected.

  • False claims are submitted.

  • Multiple refund requests indicate misuse of the platform.

Accounts found engaging in fraudulent refund activity may be suspended or terminated.

10. Changes to this Policy

Tantha reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on our platforms.

Continued use of Tantha services constitutes acceptance of the revised refund policy.
